Intentional Rest

Intentional Rest

Transitioning out of survival mode is a force to be reckoned with. Rock and bottom are two words that nobody likes to hear, used together. That place brings up intense feelings that nobody likes or looks forward to feeling. Life is about feeling intensely and learning how to transmute and use the intensity to your benefit. The answers you receive with learning how to move and feel your way through great sorrow, disappointment, abandonment, or loss can be incredibly transformative. Like, appreciating the beauty of detachment, independence, and being presently present. The only way to go from the bottom is up. And we can thank "bottom" for taking us to places we've never seen. During this time, it's okay to go to sleep. It's actually highly recommended. Taking intentional rest from "doing" to just "being" can be one of the greatest decisions you can ever make. Emotional manifestors with an undefined sacral center like me, also make more money this way! Resting during winter months, and re-emerging after the Spring Equinox for example. With transitioning to a new state things aren't going as quickly as I had planned. Over the last few months, I realized: 1. The impatience makes the transition period seem longer than what it really is. 2. It's still taking me some time to feel safe and at home in my body. The first 30 yrs of my life (as a 6/2) has been a struggle. My job is to be the adult that I wish I had growing up. What a responsibility 🙃 3. I learn hard lessons that redirect me to my original path that I asked Spirit for. The Universe really gives you what you ask for, if you're paying attention. Don't be ashamed and ask for what you really want! Get Specific! 4. Your answers show up in wondrous, unexpected ways. Don't question it, you deserve it. 5. Share your experience because you can help someone else. Don't niche  down, pay attention to what your audience is drawn to. 6. Primitive prayers keep you small, THINK BIG! 7. You'll see it when you believe it.
